Flutter Application Sponge

We use this sponge to help apply the flutters on the underside of the lashes. 

Place each flutter (lash) section on the sponge and gently coat the lashes at the base a few times with the adhesive liner pen.  Also coat your squeaky clean natural lashes like mascara using the adhesive liner pen.  

Pro Tip - To make sure your lashes are squeaky clean, we like to rub Witch Hazel over the lashes to clean off any excess oil or residue.
